Three years ago, Fortnite introduced Creative mode. Since then, any player can become a virtual landowner and establish their own game world.
In Creative mode, you can not only create your own map, but also visit the islands of other participants. To do this, it is enough to find out the code of your friend's island or use the information on the recommended sites.
How do I get into Fortnite Creative?
To enter Fortnite Creative Mode, you must:
- Open the main menu and select the "Creative Mode" tab;
- Click on the "Change" and "Play" buttons;
- Find the line "Island code", enter a combination of characters;
- Click on the "Start" button.
Now you have access to all the tools and capabilities of the Creative mode world. Click on the "Description" tab, give a name to your island, write down the rules of the game and norms of behavior for guests.

Using the "Team and Inventory Parameters" tab, you can change the following indicators:

- Inventory state when reviving;
- Damage size;
- Health reserve.
The "Tools" tab helps you cancel all actions, put things in order on the island and
return the site to its original appearance. Also here for friends access to construction opens. You can edit the timer and statistics indicators using the "Interface" button.
If independent creativity is not included in your plans, open the "Access rights" tab and add to the list of friends who can help in the development of a new land.

Where to start construction?
To start building, press the Tab button or go to the inventory menu. Consider at least a few of the open positions, for sure there is something in the list that will delight you the most. After preliminary acquaintance, open the “Ready-made elements” tab and use whatever you like. First you need to create a platform, then you can place various devices on it. If you do not forget to close the top with a ceiling, then the game can be made multi-storey. To save time during construction, it is better to add ready-made elements to the quick access panel.
How do I create spawn spots?
The lobby where players will spawn at the start of the game begins by creating a primitive box. The plates with the spawn should be thrown into it and in the menu indicate: "Only before the start of the game." In the same way, we add locations for the respawn during the match and designate: "For the playground only".

The further development of a personal island can follow many paths. Here's a list of the most popular Fortnite ideas:

If you wish, you can use the island yourself. But, it is much more interesting to explore space with friends. And if you don't like what your friends have edited, you can always roll back the changes. Battle Pass owners have preferences, they can create 4 different islands.
Important! Epic Games limited the gaming session to 4 hours. Therefore, it is worth keeping track of the time and saving changes in time.
Video capture
If it is important for you to share interesting moments of the game with the community, activate the video capture option (it is disabled by default). A four-hour session is recorded as 8 fragments of 30 minutes each.
